Had the good fortune of working with Rebecca Stocks to the end of purchasing a 2019 Ram 2500. I have purchased many vehicles from Minivans to Mercedes—Porsches to Pickup trucks. In all these experiences the end of purchasing a 2019 Ram 2500. I have purchased many vehicles from Minivans to Mercedes—Porsches to Pickup trucks. In all these experiences I have encountered NO one as professional, courteous and efficient as Rebecca. In all the Southwest their is no one I would be more inclined to recommend. Whoever hired her knows his/her stuff ! Congratulations More

I was greeted right away from the moment I stepped into the parking lot with great respect, and friendliness. No hidden charges, no waiting games, no hard sales. I would definitely recommend Scottsdale Airpark dealership to anyone I know that is shopping around for a vehicle. More
Service appointment failure I had an appointment with John Martino for service at 9:30 for an oil change and to look at three issues (two interior fit issues, anti-freeze smell) I had an appointment with John Martino for service at 9:30 for an oil change and to look at three issues (two interior fit issues, anti-freeze smell) on our 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. Arrived on time, waiting 10+ minutes to speak with John on issues for appointment, and told them I would be waiting on it, prepared to work through the day from the customer lounge. I did ask John if he smelled the anti-freeze, but he didn't. I said I would like for him to go open the hood with me and try, but he simply said they would look at it. Fast forward a bit over two hours, and John comes out to the lounge to ask me if I could leave the truck overnight because they won't have time to look at it today, and that he didn't want me waiting all day to find out. Seriously? What good was having an appointment? So I have wasted a large part of my day without one thing being accomplished. I will NOT be coming back to Airpark. More
2019 Jeep Sahara Purchase Purchased a 2019 Mojito Green Sahara and could not be happier! Ghaleb Zagha was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the sales process. I had r Purchased a 2019 Mojito Green Sahara and could not be happier! Ghaleb Zagha was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the sales process. I had returned back to him from a prior visit (6 months) as it was not the right time then but ultimately he was great in aiding me through my Jeep purchase. The vehicle had a visor issue and that was quickly dealt with from my Service Advisor George Chacko who also was extremely professional and made the repair quick and painless. Lastly was an item that needed to be ordered and installed after my delivery and this was handled by Raechel Vaniwaarden (Internal Service Advisor) and GSM Willie Rosalas. I was extremely impressed as it was taken care of with the upmost customer service and positive customer experience in mind. I will be happy to share my experience both from my post to others whom are looking to have a hassle free positive professional experience in the car purchasing arena. This is not common place in the industry and is a breath of fresh air! Thank you to the entire team of professionals over there at Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. More
Absolutely terrible service. (5) times my new vehicle has been in for service and every time, missing none, they have either not addressed my warranty issues or made more damage to the vehicle with their poo been in for service and every time, missing none, they have either not addressed my warranty issues or made more damage to the vehicle with their poor quality service technicians and lying, cheating, dishonest, disrespectful and condescending service advisors. This last time the whole crew stood in front of me and lied, causing more issues with the vehicle and the service department must have thought it was funny to put a large derogatory sticker on my rear bumper probably assuming I'd drive away with it on my car but I caught it before I left, wow i mean who does that, immature and certainly unprofessional. I had Shawn (service manager), Steve (senior tech and service advisor) and Jon (service advisor) lie to my face! I would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone at all! I am now forced to get the manufacturer directly involved. All of these issues with #AirparkDodge is absolutely inexcusable, unprofessional and unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration, stress and terrible inconvenience, DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! More
Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep7801 E Frank Lloyd Wright THIEVES... OUTRIGHT STEAL FROM THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY AIRPARK Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep of Scottsdale. GENERAL MGR = Coye Pointer MVP -MOPAR VEHIC THIEVES... OUTRIGHT STEAL FROM THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY AIRPARK Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep of Scottsdale. GENERAL MGR = Coye Pointer MVP -MOPAR VEHICLE PROTECTION = $599.99 CON/RIP OFF, as dealers service dept just "CHOOSES" not to do work that is prepaid for under these plans. Service invoices "do no't show the work item logged or completed" though it was asked for and prepaid for. It was why the car was there. MPP - MECHANICAL PROTECTION PLAN = $3300 RIP OFF/CON... These benefits have not been honored since day one.. Needed possible towing on a couple occassions. (Tire and battery issues) - not honored, Needed a belt and tensioner replaced.. not honored, needed a battery (towing) not honored.. An apology gift certificate provided to me by dealers customer relations manager/director.... to date also not honored. Refused twice actually... 3 year Zaktek contract... $199.99 RIP OFF/CON . THEIR OWN Service invoices prove it was not applied to my car.. (dept noted service manager did not schedule with that dept.) But service manager returned the car to me as Zaktek applied.. Fraud... as this happened all 3 years of the contract.. Well last year I ensured/made them do it. But of course.. They messed it up, contaminated by lsome other spray that was done near the car... and before curing... So entire car had to be "clay barred"... and dealer did not re apply ZAKTEK.. RETURNED CAR TO ME AGAIN.. 0 of 3 prepaid applications received. (Dealers own documents prove it!) Do service managers verify if work was performed or not.. is that not thier very job? I have 1 service invoice where they claimed they turned the DRLS (daytime running lights) ON in my car.. Service manager said yup we got them on.. Well it is impossible to do on my car level/trim.. That option is not available on my car.. Yet they just wrote down they did it,l on the invoice.- "Drls turned on" and handed me that piece of paper... Fraud and incompetence. ALL FRAUD HERE... WATCH AND CHECK EVERYTHING! I am also a sick and disabled person with a limp-not normal stride/gate.. With handicap plates on my car.. So they can't claim they don't know... or is it that I was targeted since they saw the disability plate? I think that is a fair question to ask! They didn't expect me to catch them in their fraud.. but once I caught them, I have gone back and reviewed all previous records/invoices, and see that fraud was happening all a long. Day 1 on... first annual service visit even documents themcshorting me product services paid for. On November 9th 2017.. I was called in for a meeting with general manager,.service director, and service manager. The GM, Coye Pointer used a FCA USA LLC software , generated -"Strictly Confidential" - internal document - as the unquestionable proof I DID NOT HAVE MPP COVERAGE that i asserted I did. He used this fraudulent business document to defraud me out of product and services which were PREPAID FOR. I DO have the all the signed contracts. MVP, Zaktek, and the MPP showing PLATINUM ELITE coverage plan.. And those items appear on the installment contract that I am paying on, to the bank. Still, Nov 5 of this year 2019.. same GM Coye Pointer stating "all product paid for delivered", and was still only offering prorated rebates. Where the MPP plan entitles me to FREE REPLACEMENT on several items, THIS DEALERSHIP AND ITS GM ARE CROOKS. THEY STEAL FROM AND DEFRAUD THE DISABLED. I HAVE DEFINITIVE PROOF. INCLUDING DOCUMENTATION FROM INDEPENDENT 3RD PARTY COMPANIES, THOSE THAT DID THE WORK THIS DEALER WOULD NOT UNDER PREPAID PRODUCTS, AND SERVICE WARRANTIES. Also have 1 service invoice stating they did work on my car, turned on the DRLs (daytime running lights) while the car is running/lights set to on or auto and car running.. MY CAR DOES NOT EVEN HAVE DRLs for them to turn on. So entirlely fraudulent and Fake repair.. fake record. Fraud!. P.S...1 incident... After 7 days of failure after failure to perform my prepaid oil change, tire rotation, and zaktek applications, simple things that should take 1 day at m ost... They returned my car to me covered in grease.. inside and out! Including my white interior. Pictures uploaded. And still not all services performed. How is this not theft by fraud? And against the disabled? It really took them. 15 days.. october 25th to November 9th. And still did not do the work. I got grease! More

Best new car experience of my adult life. For the first time in my life, I bought a brand new vehicle from a dealership, and woke up the next morning *not* feeling like I got screwed over. I For the first time in my life, I bought a brand new vehicle from a dealership, and woke up the next morning *not* feeling like I got screwed over. It's been a couple of days now, and I still have *zero* buyers remorse. I know I made the right decision, and when you are dealing with this much of your hard earned money, that is a good feeling to have. Firstly, I bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, 5.7L with e-Torque, and almost all the options. It's a great truck. If everything that it came with proves to be reliable, it'll be the most technologically advanced vehicle I've ever owned. More than just being advanced, the technology is actually useful. The truck is powerful, comfortable, and it all just works together seamlessly. It would be like driving your living room around if your living room were located in some millionaire's mansion. You don't really have to think about the tech, it just does it's job and stays out of your way. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough, and so long as it all stays reliable, I will be recommending this vehicle often and loudly. My experience at the dealership was fantastic! First off, Brendon is awesome. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Dodge RAM. Not only that, he knew off the top of his head, what he had in stock, and was able to cross reference his in-stock options with what I was looking for. I didn't have to look at 10 or 12 vehicles to find what I wanted. All I needed to do was talk to Brendon for 10 minutes, and then he knew exactly which vehicles to show me. I guess in reality he got it in the first try, because we ended up buying the very first vehicle Brendan recommended. Finally, the price and the negotiation was tough, but completely fair. I actually think the sales team felt more stress and pressure than I was feeling, and as a buyer, that is a good thing. I got a great vehicle, at a price much, much lower than I would have ever expected. Thanks to Brendon and the staff that supported this sale, I didn't have to give up options or drop down to lower trim levels in order to stay within my budget. They knew what I wanted. They knew my budget. Somehow, they made it work out. It's not every day you feel like you should be thanking the people you are paying a lot of money to, but in this case, they deserve the consideration. More
