Great Experience called and spoke with Chris Bass about a special they were having. Made appointment for next day and went in to see him. He showed us a Grand Cherokee called and spoke with Chris Bass about a special they were having. Made appointment for next day and went in to see him. He showed us a Grand Cherokee we liked and ask about the lease program. He and Mark L'Abbate explained the program and provided us with 3 program options. They worked with us to get us to the point we could afford. They then turned it over to Josh Bobinski , Finance Manager. We closed the deal and took home a 2018 Grand Cherokee. All 3 men were friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and patient during our decision process. Josh, the Finance manager, was very professional and detailed in explaining the entire leasing process. He covered all documents and made sure all our questions were answered. No one pressured us and at one point gave us time to go home and make a phone call about another car deal. This was the best deal and we took it. Thank you one and all. More

His name was Renne Rodriguez and he was being extremely rude and unprofessional. However, the management team made it right after we called in and tried to submit a complaint. It turned there was never any additional fee if you pay in full. Ben and Tony, as part of the management team, have been really nice and professional, and we are happy with our new vehicle at a fair price. More
