We were shopping for a replacement vehicle and met Dennis Hanke at Airpark Jeep. Dennis is a really good guy, very professional, impressive product knowledge and NOT pushy. If you need a good resource for a Hanke at Airpark Jeep. Dennis is a really good guy, very professional, impressive product knowledge and NOT pushy. I recently attempted to purchase a 2013 Ram 2500 from Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and rea Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and reassurance on the salesman's part, I allowed my credit to be pulled registering the much hated inquiry hit. All continued well and at 730pm on the night before I drove ACROSS TOWN to make the deal, I was told that they would have everything ready for me in the morning when I arrived. Keep in mind that I was quoted a price on a specific truck and on my quote was that truck's specific VIN. I knew what I was going there to buy and so was the salesman. I arrived at 1030 am the next day as scheduled and was immediately met by the salesman. As he shook my hand introducing himself, in the same breath he began to say that he came in late today. As he says this I see that he had enough time to stop at the local coffee shop due to the mocha frap latte mixture chilling on his desk. He continues to say that the truck we made the deal on had already sold. I think to myself, "already sold? since last night at 730pm to now?" Now I am not in the dealership career field however someone with Internet Manager in their title such as my salesman should have had the knowledge to ensure the truck wasn't being sold to another customer when he made the deal to me, correct? Especially after I wasted the gas and credit inquiry hit to make this happen. So instead of calling me in the morning when he finally arrived with his coffee to say the truck was sold, he allowed me to drive all the way down there and even had a red truck parked at the front for me to look at, all along knowing red was my least favorite color. After me challenging his lack of customer service, the salesman had the nerve to say that we never agreed on a specific truck and that it was my fault that the trip was wasted because I didn't choose to buy the red truck or the dealer lifted monster truck in the showroom that he kept pushing on me. So I left and requested his managers contact info. I relayed this story to his manager and the finance manager and the general manager of the Airpark Ram Dealership. I have sent them two emails in two weeks requesting an answer. I have as of this review received no replies by anyone with any kind of apology or excuse. This is completely unacceptable since they are so quick to spam your email with every chance to get you to come in. I will never do business with this Dealership again and strongly encourage anyone reading this to beware. More
We purchased a used car from Airpark Dodge. I wait for the reps to get back to me and they never call back. I bring the car in for an appointment in the early morning and by the end of the day - I still h the reps to get back to me and they never call back. I bring the car in for an appointment in the early morning and by the end of the day - I still have no bid. The only work that they seem to do quickly are oil changes Have escalated this to highest levels and lots of talk and no resolutions. I want to work with them but just don't have the time or patience. Would rather drive 40 miles than go back. More
If they had a 0 star option I would give it. I live out of state and worked for 2 days to work out a price on a used truck. We agreed on price and I had a friend go test drive it. The sales manager spoke t of state and worked for 2 days to work out a price on a used truck. We agreed on price and I had a friend go test drive it. The sales manager spoke to me about making a deposit on the truck, he told me they would draw it up and get back to me in 1 hour. Waited all night at 10PM I get a TEXT message to say they sold the car to someone else. I have hotel reservations to travel there as well as planes tickets. This is point blank these are WORST most un-trustful people on the planet. I would not recommend them to someone I did not like. Never will go there, will tell everyone I know, and forward this letter to there corporate office as well. I welcome them to come here and dispute anything I have said. More
Most pleasant car buying experience I've had! To begin with, I got quotes from every Chrysler dealer in the valley, and Airpark was among the lowest. Since it was the closest to me, I went in - fu begin with, I got quotes from every Chrysler dealer in the valley, and Airpark was among the lowest. Since it was the closest to me, I went in - fully expecting to be hit with "hidden" charges or fees. But, nope, all the final numbers matched what John Snyder had emailed me. So I really appreciated the "full disclosure". I had researched my trade-in value on several websites, so had a good idea of what it was worth. There again - a pleasant surprise - they gave me what I expected to get for my trade-in. Then comes the "finance guy" - Brian Holzner. From past car buying experiences, this was what I was dreading the most - high pressure sales for extended warranties, alarm systems, anti-theft devices, maintainence plans, etc. But, again, my fears were unfounded. There was no pressure, just "this is what we offer if you're interested"... of course, there were still umpteen things to sign - but I guess that's inevitable. I would definitely recommend Airpark to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. More

My wife traveled from California on February 17th to purchase a 2009 MB R320 that we had found online and negotiated a price over the phone with Mr. Bingham. The pickup of the vehicle took over 3 hours purchase a 2009 MB R320 that we had found online and negotiated a price over the phone with Mr. Bingham. The pickup of the vehicle took over 3 hours which seemed excessive. Vehicle was supposed to be in pristine shape and was dirty in the back and had pennies in the cigarette lighter socket which had blown a fuse. My wife was offered warranty coverage by Joe in finance for unlimited mileage for 3 years bumper to bumper for $1995. I told her to bring the literature back to California and we would talk about it. After reviewing the pamphlet I called Mr. Bingham the following week and asked if we could still purchase the warranty and he told me it would not be a problem and someone from finance would get with me. I called and left messages for finance and Joe Call several times in the next 2 weeks and never received any call back. I then emailed the dealership customer relations manager to get some help with the issue. I was then contacted by a Charles Morello with an issue on the paperwork for the vehicle purchase and had to overnight ship paperwork back. He assured me we could still do the warranty and would get back to me about it. I called and texted Mr. Morello for a couple of weeks then finally got a quote for nearly 4000 for same coverage. The answer for the difference in price was the use of outdated warranty book and surcharge. I spoke with Chrysler service contract group directly and was told they no longer write warranties for Mercedes Benz vehicles so I am not sure what coverage we were being offered. After another few weeks I spoke to a Dale Broehmer the head of finance and he said he would look into it call me back in a few days. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received any call back from anyone in regards to the warranty and I had also asked on several occasions for a copy of all the purchase paperwork as we signed several versions between the dealership visit and mail correspondence. We are enjoying the vehicle but have not been impressed at all by the dealership's commitment to customer service or following up on complaints or concerns by a customer . At a price point of 33k that we spent I expected at least a call back to answer the questions I had and have largely been ignored. We are out of state buyers and that may have influenced the lack of interest or concern that the dealership's staff seems to have taken in our particular instance. I would have concerns about buying a vehicle from this dealership if living locally and getting a satisfactory amount of service after the sale. More
Great service at time of sale it was after I spent over $30K on a car and after I got home it had no spare I called and two people said they would take care of after 3 weeks now no one has followed up,so i $30K on a car and after I got home it had no spare I called and two people said they would take care of after 3 weeks now no one has followed up,so if you do by a car be ware of the after the sales customer service because there is none More
I'll try to keep this concise. I bought a used jeep in August from Airpark. I Was asked to sort out an argument between sales people after test driving the vehicle. Very awkward. Finance person named Bret August from Airpark. I Was asked to sort out an argument between sales people after test driving the vehicle. Very awkward. Finance person named Brett was horrible at presenting the financing. All financing is recorded at this dealership but he turned off Cameras half a dozen times during financing consultation. Extremely shady. He was eventually fired from what I was told later. The Dealership cashed my down payment checks a week early, causing overdraft fees and late rent payment. They did reimburse me for overdraft fees, gave me a free tank of gas, and made apologies for what I had experienced thus far. Accepted and thank you. Reported problems accelerating and loud engine noise 4 days after purchase (experienced during my first day of commuting to work). Since then, I've had the vehicle in 7 times and the same problems still exist. They didn't acknowledge the problem until I asked to drive with one of the Tech Team leads. He experienced it while driving. So did the second tech I drove with after my 5th visit. The first time, I was told to step on the gas harder to avoid the sputtering engine. Incredible. Spoken with Vantuyl Auto Group (who owns the dealership), GM, Service Director, sales manager and the HR manager and still have no resolution 9 months later. They acknowledge a problem and have thrown thousands of $$$ in parts and labor at it to no avail. Currently, I've placed numerous calls and 2 emails(including a lengthy email to the Vantuyl auto group) and I sat and waited over 24 hours with no response (and I called twice asking for someone to contact me); with the exception of the service department wanting me to bring it back in to look at it. I said no. I'd given them more than ample opportunity to repair and it was a Customer Service issue at this point. The service adviser said the GM would be calling me. Have yet to hear from anyone. This surprises me considering their overall online reputation. However, none of the reviews mention a problem with a resolution. They're all positive reviews or negative reviews with no follow up or resolution documented. Spoke with City Chamber of Commerce, State Attorney General's office, BBB and an Attorney. All said the same thing... AZ Lemon Law covers used vehicles, I meet the criteria for a claim and to File Claims with all my documentation if they fail to resolve in 5 days. I've been reluctant to do that because I don't want the hassle, but it appears to be inevitable. I'm not being difficult or unreasonable. I gave them 10K in down payment for this vehicle, made 8 months worth of payments, I've taken numerous days off work, and I'm done with trying to service this lemon. I will be sure to update this once it's over, whether they offer a solution or I conclude a claim with the State and BBB. More
