I really appreciate the service professionals at Airpark. I will say I am not happy with my PT Cruiser this time. I had a 2001 bought it in 2003 and loved the car.this is when I met the Airpark group. Now wh I will say I am not happy with my PT Cruiser this time. I had a 2001 bought it in 2003 and loved the car.this is when I met the Airpark group. Now when I traded my wonderful 2004 350 Z for this 2008 PT Cruise that had nothing included not even cruise control. Which I assumed it had it included or I would not of purchased this model. I was miffed. I have had to put in a transmission, motor mounts and have had air-conditioning problems and some other main component. Now I had the MPP warranty and thank g-d for that. But this car was a rental with 48,000 miles when I purchased it and I wish I would not of felt I needed to take the only car for my trade.Again, the warranty has been utilized but if I were the company I would of taken the car back and gave me a different PT Cruiser.... The customer service was excellent, I felt very comfortable with my salesman Ian Jones and he was very knowledgable about the car. The price was great along with the overall experience. I traded my Truck for a van. Aaron was very helpfull getting thru the process. Van was able to get were we needed to be and Joe finished up the deal. You need to KEEP Mr. Bill Hill around for a awhile, he up front and forthrite when it comes to answering the customers questions. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Airpark's numbers did not make sense since the price quoted on a similar vehicle (on a letter that brought me to the dealership) showed Unfortunately Airpark's numbers did not make sense since the price quoted on a similar vehicle (on a letter that brought me to the dealership) showed a $10,000 discount on a new 300, yet the discount quoted to me was only $6,000??? Additionally, the monthly lease price that I had been paying on the 2008 300 that I have been driving was around $450.00 and the proposed lease price on the similar 2011 (new but one year old) was over $700.00. (and the mileage allowance was only 12,000 miles per year vs the 15,000 mile allowance on my recently expired lease) I have been very happy with the two 300's that I have been driving for the past 6 1/2 years and have promoted them to everyone that has driven in mine. I would have bought a new one last spring when my lease ran out, but Chrysler was having problems delivering them. I consequently bought the 300 that I was driving, and am now told by Airpark that it's worth about $3,500 less that what I payed Chrysler for it in May. I have always been happy with the service that I received at Airpark for the 6 months per year that I'm down here,, consequently I would still recommend them. More
