Buying a car can be one of the worst days of your life! NOT SO in this case! Richard was terrific to work with. He has a great sense of humor and made the whole experience stress free. Richard did all of the negotiations with them. Joe also treated us very nicely even though his printer went on the blink 3/4 the way through the paper process. My friend bought a new 2009 Dodge Durango SUV at another dealership and there was an ongoing problem with the tires and/or wheels. They couldn't figure it out. My friend brought his Durango to Airpark and they immediately found the problem. The other dealership had traded out the original wheels for smaller rims and would not admit it. He brought the SUV back to the other dealership telling them of Airparks findings and they finally changed the wheels to the correct size. As a result, my friend only will get service done at Airpark and now so will I. I loved my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and now have a new (used) Jeep to love. Bought a used 2005 jeep cheroke about 2 months ago, sales experience was not too bad, but service center at this dealer was a knightmare. We live in Goodyear and my wife had to drive cross town for service only to be told by David in service that our jeep warranty was not in the system, David treated my wife with great disrespect and made her feel like she did not know what she was doing, my wife left the dealer in tears. This is very disappointing coming from a big dealer like Airpark. The following day I made the 30+ mile jurney back to the dealership, and took care of the problem and got the Jeep fixed, but I beg everyone in the market: Please avoid Airpark Jeep. After they sell you your car/truck you will seize to exist to them. I was in the market for the new 2012 wrangler, but I went down to Moore Chrysler Jeep and bought it there recently. I had a great experience at Moore, will not ever go back to Airpark...DO NOT BUY AT AIRPARK!!! very rude group of people without any respect for customers. More

Van was my first point of contact when I called him about a flyer we received from Airpark Dodge. We weren't sure we would qualify for a vehicle, but when I told Van of our circumstances, he told us it wasn a flyer we received from Airpark Dodge. We weren't sure we would qualify for a vehicle, but when I told Van of our circumstances, he told us it wasn't a problem and invited us to stop in. We had certain financial considerations to deal with. Anthony was very professional and helpful, listened to what we said, did not try to direct us to vehicles we couldn't afford, answered all our questions and never pressured us in any way. An extra thanks has to go to Van, who gave us some very helpful information with regard to the situation we had with the lender of our truck loan. He made us aware of something we had no idea of and which could have had devastating consequences. When we had to go home to get some paperwork, Anthony was gone when we returned. However, he asked Kyle to finish up with us, and he, too, was very nice. I really liked Joe in the Finance Dept.; he is originally from New York State, as am I. He made us very comfortable and was very pleasant to deal with. When I came in to bring the $1,000 deposit, he wasn't there, so Gary helped me, and was like everyone else we came in contact with . . . nice and helpful. We bought our Dodge Ram from Ed Moses Dodge. When he sold the dealership, I was hoping that the new owners/workers would be just as easy to deal with. We were not disappointed. As I told Anthony, my husband and I will always return to Airpark Dodge for our vehicles. It was a joy to deal with your employees and you have customers for life. Mrs. Jacobs More
Lisa's communication on the phone and through the internet were great. My wife and I felt pressured on the extended warranty/maintenance agreement as we normally don't buy one. We didn't feel both components were explained as well as they could have been. The only other thing was the side edge caps for the bed liner were missing which I felt was a little questionable since all bed liners I have ever seen have those caps. Most likely we will spend the money for the edge caps to protect the paint. Have had a few questions since the sale; Lisa has responded promptly and taken the necessary action. Thank you for an overall excellent buying experience. More
