We came back Friday the 5th and spent most of the day trying to decide what to do and they had nothing but patience. I say this also because I was upset about my situation of having to get a truck and I had little time to do so. Also Steven Gallo was tremendous in the way he explained the financing and extra protection we could choose from. We did not get any but that was just because we couldn’t. All I have to say is wow. I have never once gone to a dealership and been able to say that. Every dealer I have ever been to has treated me like a commission rather than a person. I was recommended by a customer of mine at my workplace so that is how I came here. Even before I entered the building I got a pleasant greeting from a salesperson outside. I came in to meet Coy and he was so pleasant, always smiled and only wanted to take care of my needs. I told him my budget and what I could afford and he took me to Brenden to start finding my car. There was no pressure no cheesy sales pitches and no hidden fees. They both made me completely comfortable and in just a few hours I drove away in my dream car.
