The manager(whose name now escapes me) was nice, pleasent and professional. Both of them were Indiana men==a plus as I am from Munster, Indiana, in fact the manager used to live in the town where i worked for 27.5 years and his dad also worked there. Small world. I liked the car---a good vehicle,,but i am somewhat concerned about fuel mileage around town. In my decision making process I may want to drive one on my own for a day or so to see what my mileage is----I'd like to get at/near 20 in town driving. My one concern on buying in AZ is the taxes,,,I'd like to know if out of state(I am a part timer in AZ) buyers have to pay all the taxes or if there is a credit or pass for out of staters.If I buy a Challenger in AZ I'll give Airpark the #1 shot. It was the worst experience ever. I called in well ahead to reserve an appointment for the 100,000 mile service on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD - including new timing belt - clearly stated at the onset - to reserve an appointment for the 100,000 mile service on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel CRD - including new timing belt - clearly stated at the onset - and when I arrived I was shuttled off quickly amongst a throng of people there at 8:00 in the am. The order ticket wasn't even written up right - it said "90k inspection" - not the 100k SERVICE AND TIMING BELT I REQUESTED - among other specifics I itemized and wanted done that day - the only day I had off that week! I tried to speak with a mechanic who will be working on my unique 2006 diesel jeep liberty CRD - but neither the service coordinator, nor his supervisor would let me. They gave me platitudes and rushed off to do something else. I was told I would be called shortly to go over the list of things to be done. I called 4 hours later as I found out from some calling around you DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE TIMING BELT IN STOCK! This was too much. I called and was told, the mechanic would be "going over it" and tell me what I needed. I told them to forget it and come pick me up. When I got there the car hadn't even been looked at. I will never go to a jeep dealer again for service. Oh! and the recall item that was to be fixed that day as well - the window regulator - was not one either! I will be writing Corporate shortly. Fred provides great customer service. He is friendly and listens to the customer. We purchased a new Grand Cherokee and he made us feel comfortable with the purchase. it seems to me wrong, when I report a noise on the front, one can tell me that it costs $ 115 to check, knowing that the magnum is a recognized vulnerability. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. T.J. started me off by showing me the car I came to see from the internet. After looking at that vehicle, I found another one of great ever had. T.J. started me off by showing me the car I came to see from the internet. After looking at that vehicle, I found another one of greater interest. I then had to leave to pick my girls up from camp. Thanks to T.J.'s follow up phone call, I came back the next day to test drive the vehicle I ended up buying. Conor helped me with purchasing the vehicle after the test drive. Conor could not have made the car buying experience more pleasurable.....his professionalism and overall demeanor made my decision to buy a no brainer. Thanks to the rest of the Airpark Dodge Team I drove my new vehicle home the next day after it was all detailed and looking emaculate. I love this SUV!
