Lisa's communication on the phone and through the internet were great. My wife and I felt pressured on the extended warranty/maintenance agreement as we normally don't buy one. We didn't feel both components were explained as well as they could have been. The only other thing was the side edge caps for the bed liner were missing which I felt was a little questionable since all bed liners I have ever seen have those caps. Most likely we will spend the money for the edge caps to protect the paint. Have had a few questions since the sale; Lisa has responded promptly and taken the necessary action.
