My wife and I went to Airpark to test drive, and ready to purchase a new 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible. We went to Airpark first because of the excellent recommendation given it by good friends who had purch purchase a new 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible. We had researched the car and were prepared with dealer invoice and Chrysler incentives. After the test drive, I enjoyed the car and my wife absolutely loved it. There was never any high pressure sales pitch. We arrived at Airpark asking to see a particular salesman. He was not immediately available. Fredrick Nielsen showed us the car and took us for our test drive. My wife and I both tried the backseat because we wanted a convertible that could accomodate 4 adults without chopping off the rear passengers' legs at the knees. Fred, who is a big guy, sat in the back to demonstrate the room for adults. Fred was friendly and suggested we drive the car on local streets and high speed highways, which we did. Upon returning to the dealership we discussed with Fred that we were interested, but in a different color and some different options. The 200 convertible has just come out and the one we drove was the only 200 convertible at the dealership. Jeff Walz, the salesman we had requested, became available and looked for the convertible as we wanted it. He found one that was exactly what we wanted, except for 2 which we are now glad that we got. Both Fred and Jeff explained all the new features of the 200 and were very enthusiastic about this new Chrysler. I knew that the 2 $750 Chrysler incentives on this model were expiring on May 31 at midnight. Negotiations began in earnest. At times they were intense, but we never felt pressured, and they always were friendly and good natured. No if you don't buy today you will never be able to get this deal again. We finally arrived at a price including our trade in car, acceptable to all parties. John Patrick, Jeff's manager came in towards the end to help finalize the numbers. Our new Chrysler 200 convertible is arriving at the dealership on Monday, and Jeff has kept us appraised to where the vehicle was enroute. Overall I would rate our experience with Airpark as excellent.Jeff and all the sales employees we dealt with knew their product, were outgoing, friendly, and aggressive in a positive way. We left feeling that we had negotiated a good and fair deal, and still feel that way. It is important to do your homework as a consumer. Research the car, options, incentives, and dealer pricing. Know what you want and what you are willing to pay before going to the dealer. It makes for a more pleasant experience for all parties involved. More

David is very good. I have been shuffled around from one service person to another so David is the first service person I have had more then once. I had a lot of problems last year with my brakes and ever service person to another so David is the first service person I have had more then once.
