I was mislead with my extended warranty. I had problem with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertibl with my glass since I bought it. They were aware of the problem and they said that it was not cover when I was told with this warranty the covertible part will be cover. The first time I take my car to get service I was over charged for a oil change. They charged my $906 making my checking account negative. I was sold that I will receive a call from management but I never did. I had to call and even then they did not care.I will be filling a complaint with the better business and I will be sent letter to their upper management. More

Staff was friendly and was very proactive. They gave me a rental vehicle for 3 weeks on the house and had to drive up to Prescott to get the vehicle of my choice. They did everything they could to get the ve rental vehicle for 3 weeks on the house and had to drive up to Prescott to get the vehicle of my choice. My service representative, Michael Calu, Is highly competent, easy to reach and understands the concerns with all three vehicles I bring for service. He and the rest of the staff I've met at Airpark competent, easy to reach and understands the concerns with all three vehicles I bring for service. Although, my overall experience in working with Gregg Gayan, my Salesman, was very pleasant, my experience with the Parts Dept. was not. I called to order an extra key for my 2010 Jeep Compass, which I Gayan, my Salesman, was very pleasant, my experience with the Parts Dept. was not. I called to order an extra key for my 2010 Jeep Compass, which I had just purchased a few days prior, I was told that a key was in stock, but programming the key would take approximately 45 minutes, so I told the Parts Dept. that I would wait to go in to pick up key after lunch. I purposefully hung around the general area of town to kill some time since I actually had been at the DMV at the time of call that morning. Unfortunately, when I went in to pick up the key the gentleman I had spoken to was out to lunch and come to find out that the key not only was not ready, but that they actually needed my vehicle in order to program key, I was not informed of that at the time of order. I was told that it wouldn't take long, so I agreed to wait for it. It took approximately 1.5-2 hrs. to program the key, then when I proceeded to pay for key I was shocked to find out that it was going to cost over $200. When I purchased the vehicle I was told by my Salesman, who was very gracious, that he would try to find an additional key, but reported back to me that he could not find another key, but could order one. My husband hesistantly agreed, but was not happy about it, because he felt that the dealership should have provided an extra key. Needeless to say we were not exactly impressed with our experience at Airpark. More
