We bought a used 36,000 truck here for my son in March of 2023. As of June we are still dealing with problems. The first evening of delivery we noticed the truck had transmission problems and the climate co 2023. As of June we are still dealing with problems. The first evening of delivery we noticed the truck had transmission problems and the climate control panel light was out. The next two days the fan sensor went out. We contacted them right away to let them know. It has been very stressful dealing with these people. The General manager Chris would not even come out and speak with is to handle the problem. So we worked with John the finance guy and Daryl the Sales manager. John is the only person at the dealership that finally gave us a rental and tried to help us get the vehicle fixed. Daryl only pointed fingers back to our salesman say he was the common factor in all that has gone wrong with this deal. I would think that Airport Honda should have the vehicles in good working condition before the sales would even sale them. However in this case we did not find this to be true. I would NEVER do business with Airport Honda again nor would I ever recommend them to family or friends. I feel like we could have gotten better after the sale service from a buy here pay here lot. We tried to steer our son to a good place of business to make his first purchase. This has definitely not been the case dealing with Airport Honda. Needless to say we have named the truck Nite Mare because that is exactly 💯 % what dealing with these people have been. His truck they offered him 2000.00 for on trade is still running strong while the 2018 has been a NIGHTMARE. Daryl the sales manager sent me an email stating that if I would go ahead and pay the 100.00 deductible he would remeburse in 7 days. When I asked him after 13 days where the refund was he then stated corporate denied the refund. It has been one lie after another with these people. He also sent and email stating that buying a used vehicle is like buying something at a thrift store. rarely ever take the time to give reviews but in this case I feel like if someone reads this it might save them time and money not to mention the DRAMA OF DEALING WITH THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS playing the blame game. While we sit here with a 36,000 2018 truck that has transmission problems we where told this was a 1 owner and after digging into it the truck was actually owned 6 times already. Just one of the many lies from these guys. More
