Courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the 2nd car we purchased from Dan Sanford at Airport Honda, so obviously, we are happy with him and the dealership. We also get ou helpful. This is the 2nd car we purchased from Dan Sanford at Airport Honda, so obviously, we are happy with him and the dealership. We also get our car maintenance through them. Dan has always been straight forward and answered all our questions and works with us to get just what we want. Our one complaint is that Airport Honda drills holes in the front bumper for their license plate holder. Tennessee does not use a front license plate, therefore it is unnecessary and an eye sore for us. We have to have them fill in the holes (an extra trip). And, let's face it: you can still see the mark. We take care of our cars and they have never had a problem selling our trade in. In fact, our first trade in was bought the same day and this Pilot trade in, we were told, was already spoken for. Our courtesy to them is to give them a easy to sell, clean and in very good condition vehicle; how abut thinking of the customer in a small detail like this? Wish they would stop doing this! They could easily add it after the sale if the customer did not care. I know we are not the only customers that feel this (we have talked to others). It's a very minor complaint, BUT! More
