I was referred to Kevin Coffman at Airport Honda in Alcoa TN by a coworker. Kevin met with us but was currently working with another customer. He introduced us to David Nye so we wouldn't have to wait. David was very meticulous in his questions about our needs vs our wants. After getting an understanding of what we were looking for, David showed and discussed several vehicles that could meet our needs. We test drove 3 different vehicles, which David showed thorough knowledge of, to narrow down our choice. Once our decision was made, he streamlined the process right thru to financing. While paperwork was being finished up, Kevin discussed warranties and any other questions that we had. The financing part of the deal went smoothly and our vehicle was prepped ready to drive off the lot. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. When we first arrived, we felt like we were the only ones in the dealership. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and consistently checking in to make sure we didn't need anything during the process. Follow up phone calls, texts, and help with a display issue, has boosted my confidence that I have made the correct decision with dealership and brand. Due to no fault of their own, they were not able to detail the vehicle at delivery but did pick up the vehicle on Tuesday to have it done. As I am the primary driver of the vehicle, Kevin did reach out to my wife to make sure the experience was everything we hoped it to be and if there was anything that was missed. I wish all of our buying experiences could of gone as smoothly as this. More
