My dad has been coming to airport for years and over the years as I’ve needed vehicles I’ve always come to Dan. This last purchase was different. I came to Dan with a smaller budget than usual and less than years as I’ve needed vehicles I’ve always come to Dan. This last purchase was different. I came to Dan with a smaller budget than usual and less than amazing credit. He didn’t treat me any differently than he has previously. He heard what I was needing and got right to work. My dad always come with me to help me pick but Dan never values his opinion over mine. He listens to me first and takes into consideration what my father says secondly. With my previous purchases I was quick to pick but this time I wanted to really think everything through. I looked at multiple vehicles on different lots (in Knoxville even) and he never made me feel rushed or that he was impatient. He let me take the time I needed to and really evaluate each vehicle he showed me. I actually went in Friday originally and came back Saturday and he was still just as pleasantly helpful, knowing that I might walk away again. Financing is always a breeze. The guys in the financing department have always worked incredibly hard to get me really good interest rates. If you’re waiting there a little I promise it’s not them, you just have lots of buyers. i recommend Dan so much it you want a no hassle salesman that treats you as a human not a commission. Dan has made me feel so sure in my purchases. After this many purchases the man has become like family! More

Buying experience was very low stress. Unlike other dealers that surround you when get out of your car so you can't escape.....they were very courteous. Rick was very nice and went out of his way to m dealers that surround you when get out of your car so you can't escape.....they were very courteous.
