Joey DeCarlo was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and always professional. He was responsive to my email thru Costco auto buying and then directly communicating with him by phone or email. The dealership was very clean and arranged with dividers for the individual sale discussions but not closed in. All dealer staff were wearing masks but most of the customers were not. I would have appreciate signs on the entrance doors requiring or recommending everyone wear masks as my husband is high risk and I always wear a mask and use hand sanitizer, etc. to not bring it home to him. The buying process is rather lengthy so exposure to the virus from others is more than most retail contacts. More
