Found my car within minutes of being on the phone. I have successfully completed two deals with Patrick Lawson at Airport Honda. The first deal, was in 2018 and the second was August 2019. I had such a great time working with Patrick in 2018, that when it was time to purchase a car again, he was the first person I called. I told Patrick exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted to stay at. He found me the exact car I was looking for while we were still on the phone. The next day, I was driving off the car lot with it. Patrick, was patient and even helped me entertain my 4 year old while we completed the paperwork process. John, was very helpful with the finance side. I was very stubborn and told him that I didn't want to go with anyone else but my bank. He was able to get me a much better deal and was very patient with me in the process. I have decided that, not IF, but when we go to purchase a car again, Patrick will gain my business again. Their purpose seems to be to low ball your trade-in value with a false mechanical problem. After we caught them in their lie, they said we had to purchase the car at their renegotiated price or lose our deposit. so, they stole $2000 and lost a $40000+ sales. I will never work with such an unethical dealership. More
