Unreasonable mark up, misleading. I received my vehicle after a week of detailing with many interior stains, and even crumbs and stationary left on the floor. The level of professionalism experienced led me to feel I could trust this dealership, but I then found out their prices are marked considerably higher than market value. I was hoping after finding out and communicating there were vehicles in the area listed with lower miles and a better price than what I purchased, the detail would at least make the vehicle more appealing. After having the vehicle dropped off by another employee, I was disappointed to find it hardly looked professionally detailed on the inside. I immediately contacted the employee with images, with no response. It seems if the vehicle would have been financed with Honda, rather than the bank, it would be an option to refund based on the condition it was delivered in, however my financing was through a bank, and the management was not willing to do a quality detail or allow me to immediately return and refund. I just found out I paid (before taxes and fees) $1500 over what KBB has it listed as to sell to a private party, and $4500 more than trade in value. I was absolutely willing to immediately return the vehicle that was delivered with stains, crumbs, and an odor, but they refused. This business deal was a dirty as the condition it was delivered to me after keeping it a week after purchase for "detailing". More

The only complaint that I have is we were there for 6 hours for the entire car buying process. Which of course it's not something that can be done quickly, but 6 hours is a little extreme. I did end up trading my car in and they were very understanding when I couldn't make it back that night and gave me a few days to get it to them. When we had left, we noticed some sticky stuff on the side of the car. Matt Johnson promised a detail if I wasn't able to get it off. He stuck to it and gave me the detail about a week later when I had called and asked. More
