When I was ready to I have bought 4 (now 5) cars from Airport Honda and I have always dealt with Kevin Coffman because I know he will take care of me. When I was ready to trade in my 13 year old CR-V, I didn't hesitate to call him. He knew I had my eye on the 2018 CR-V XL and I was confident that he would be able to show me all of the many features available for that model. Kevin knows the Honda line! He took me through all of the outstanding safety features, premium audio and phone attributes plus the insides and outside of the vehicle. He even gave me a very fair trade in value for my 2005. The car is incredible and Kevin is outstanding. As always, he called me the next day to make sure I was happy and to never hesitate to call if I needed anything. I took him up on that a day later when I called to ask if he may have a used car on the lot for a friend who desperately needed a reliable car with low payments. He came through for her too! I wanted a car with as many safety features on it as possible since I am a grandmother. Kevin spent 2 hours showing us and explaining the differences in the various models of Civic and Accord. My husband and I left that day with no car and no pressure to buy one. A week later, after we had talked and investigated further, my husband went back to Airport Honda and talked to Kevin and they made us a deal we were satisfied with---even gave us more for my trade-in than we expected! And they were able to get me the blue color that I wanted from another dealer! Kevin again made sure that I understood all the features and how they operated. There very few car salesmen that give total concern and care after the sale like Kevin. I had called and found out he was taking a day off and left a message and low and behold Kevin calls me back on his day off. Then comes Alex Tipton. I pulled up and told him my battery problems. He sent the car off for testing and no more than he took the car he was coming to tell me there was an issue with the battery and the car was ready to go. Very professional and honestly it all only took approximately 15-20 minutes. Wow!! For me the absolute best part of Airport Honda is that it has an amazing and awesome family that owns and operates the "Best" Honda Dealership in the United States.
