Would not go back. Certified cars are really not looked over carefully before they go on the lot...not really certified. Had we not found the problems, they would not have been repaired. Tires at 40 percent, wheel covers, scraped, pin-striping coming off, windshield had damage. Inside of car is fine. Did not want the car after we drove it from Honda to Farragut; I realized I preferred the CRV. I wanted to change it afterward, but they would not do so without extra money including a restocking fee. Their policies are not customer friendly. They did repair some of the things, but would not consider replacing the car. Our salesperson was very considerate and very helpful, but he does not have the power to do much but go back and forth to a higher-level person. I would never go back to Airport Honda to purchase a car. The General Manager called us a week after purchase, as we had complained about not being able to return the car or change it. We appreciate his call, but he did not help at all. My suggestion: if you ever go in to sales, don't put any money down to hold it overnight; Make sure you drive the car all day before you purchase it. Have a mechanic look at it before you buy. If they won't let you do that, WALK AWAY. More
