On the lot we were greeted by Matt, the salesperson who was very informative about our product options and thorough on what perhaps would be the best fit for what we were looking for. Matt has a gift of using the human factor, guy next door, approach that made us totally comfortable throughout our experience. There was never no pressure, his persona wins you over. We leased a 2015 Honda Accord LX and I will definitely return to see Matt for our next purchase/lease in the coming year. More
Horrible Experience. Buyer beware. So I purchased a used vehicle there with no warranty and in less than 24 hours of purchase, there was a major repair needed (roughly $3500). The dealer was nice enough to provide me with a loaner car for but it took them a month to get to the bottom of the issue and get a repair quote. In the end the told me that I was responsible for half the repair bill or I could trade the car in for something else they had. All I can say is that they bullied me into buying another, more expensive vehicle there (it was one I chose) and said the deal of trading would be off the table. They refused to cancel the original deal one day after purchase and said that basically I bought a used car and I was on my own. They won't stand behind anything you purchase and their used car prices are quite higher than any book value and the market. It even recently took over 2 hours to get my oil changed (I had an appointment) and they tried to charge me $10 more than I was quoted. Their business practices are less than ethical and a BBB complaint is being filed. Sales staff seem to be nice and knowledgeable, but they just follow along with the sales manager who will not make any decisions to make the customer happy--they only care about their bottom line and I was sold a vehicle they claimed to be "inspected" and it was definitely not inspected properly or at all. RUN away from Twin City Dealerships and Airport Honda--they are all owned by the same person and are unethical and use bully tactics. The worst part is that sales managers will attempt to make you feel bad for having an issue and attempt to get the sales person involved and twist your words. Do they really think I don't know what I said or what was said to me?? Again, very unethical and I will be happy to speak with anyone about this experience. More
I have lost count of the number of vehicles I have purchased at Airport Honda, and Kevin Coffman has sold every one of them to me! Kevin knows every detail about every car - I have yet to ever ask a purchased at Airport Honda, and Kevin Coffman has sold every one of them to me! Kevin knows every detail about every car - I have yet to ever ask a question he didn't know the answer! Plus he's always available - he will answer text messages and emails in addition to calls! Kevin even greets me when I bring a car in for service! Given his expertise, it tells you what an excellent dealership Airport Honda is! Otherwise, someone else would snap Kevin up in a heartbeat! Every vehicle purchase at Airport Honda has been a pleasurable experience - everyone is knowledgeable and all the staff expedite the process so one does not have to spend a lifetime filling out paperwork! And Airport Honda doesn't forget you after the sale! The Service Department is top-notch and efficient. My most recent purchase was an Accord. As far as Honda products, I've always driven Accords and CRVs. I've had fantastic results with Honda - feel safe and secure in Honda vehicles. I've also purchased several used trucks from Airport Honda - I just tell Kevin what I'm hoping to find and he notifies me when he tracks one down. It is great the way he can pull from the used car/truck inventory of the other dealerships under the Twin City umbrella! I feel very safe recommending Kevin Coffman and Airport Honda to all my friends! More

I have always been pleased with the service and have loved my cars. I have been to Honda dealerships (outside of Tennessee) with policies that I did not respect (ex. $100 service minimum charges). I have always felt, though, that Airport Honda was on the up and up. I have always been satisfied with the sales experience and service and have been a loyal customer as a result. Today I bought a new Civic at Airport Honda and had a great buying experience. Brett Marriott was super - informative, not pushy. He worked with me to get a deal that I felt good about. As a recent buyer, I would highly recommend Brett Marriott as a salesperson who is responsive and knowledgeable and gives the customer the space and time needed to make an informed decision. Brett listens to what is important to the customer, and I value this, as well as all the time he spent with me to find something that suited my needs. More

Car shown available at dealer on internet - not there, etc. I found a vehicle on the dealer's website and drove to the dealer to see it. I was told that the vehicle was not on the lot, but it would be back fro I found a vehicle on the dealer's website and drove to the dealer to see it. I was told that the vehicle was not on the lot, but it would be back from the detailer in a few days when I could test drive it. The day after it was due back to the lot, I had not received word so I emailed the salesman. He finally informed me that the vehicle was already sold by another store. He did not inform me about this when I set up the appointment for the test drive. I never had a chance with that vehicle. If no one else could have test-driven it since it was at the detailer, did someone buy it sight-unseen? I do not appreciate a business that is so loosely run as this one. If I had not taken the proactive step to call the salesman myself, would he ever have gotten back to me about this vehicle? Buyer beware. More
