My new CRV I came in for service on my 2005 Pilot and I met up with Henry Love. I loved my Pilot but I drive 84 miles a day, 4 days a week. They made me a fair deal on the Pilot. My grandchildren will miss the Pilot, and the DVD player.A lot of memories were made in that Pilot, time for new ones. He asked what all I was looking for, as far as price, features and brand. He took me to four different dealerships under the Twin City umbrella until I found a great car (and something nicer than I thought I'd be able to get). I never felt pressured or rushed, and he spent a great deal of time showing me around. Trustin Hampton and Chris Denny were the managers who I spoke to, and were both very nice and helpful. We were not prepared to purchase a vehicle, though we had been to several dealerships to look at different brands/models. James Paul noticed us in our vehicle waiting out a rain shower and walked across the lot in the rain to invite us inside to wait out the rain and talk cars. James worked hard asking us questions about what we needed and finding a car that would suit our needs. He did such a good job in fact, that he changed us from "shoppers" to buyers. We never felt pressured, but were comfortable enough to buy the Accord we left in. The dealership was nice, but Mr. Paul is the reason we bought.
