I came to Airport Honda because I wanted a vehicle that met my expectations, and because it was close to home. I had already worked out the financing with my bank, but I was surprised that I was able to get a much better rate than from my bank. The financial person was very helpful in getting all the paper work done quickly. Generally, I hate car shopping and negotiating for a "good deal". However, the staff at Airport Honda helped relieve my anxiety and we drove away with a great, new car. More

I had been looking at the Honda Accord, I found 2 at Airport Honda. I called and was told both vehicles were there on the lot. One was a 2012 #CA061591H with 23,507 miles for $17,531.00 and the other A Airport Honda. I called and was told both vehicles were there on the lot. One was a 2012 #CA061591H with 23,507 miles for $17,531.00 and the other A 2011 BA010374C with 44,645 miles for $16,954.00. I drove onto the lot and yes the gates were open and no signs were posted as not to drive on the lot. I was approached by Robert "Bob" Zeller salesperson. I explained to him what I was wanting and yes I had my check book and was ready and hoping to buy today and drive it home. I have 5 family members that have bought from this dealership within the last 2 years."Bob" told me you looked at it wrong those cars is for sale at over $20,000.00 and that I was totally wrong. I told him I had found another for the same price somewhere else and he said impossible. I told him I would go back to the other dealer since he won't work with me concerning either vehicle and he became very RUDE and Snappy with me and said if I ever came back to this dealership don't drive on the lot; to park down below and walk from now on. I told him I was leaving and he said good ! I am very. very upset concerning this and will definately let EVERYBODY know how I was treated. I am a manager also and if one of my employees treated someone like this then they would be out the door. No way would I buy from this dealership. I really wanted to buy from you since your local and other family members have purchased from you. More
