I am also very impressed that they are offering a "new car owner workshop" in a few weeks. That will give me a chance to have driven the car and I will be able to ask them questions at this workshop. These men gave me their cell phone numbers and I am impressed that I was welcomed by both of them to call at any time with any questions I might have about the car. I wanted a manual transmission car. They searched and got me the car in the color, both outer and interior, that I wanted the very next day. In fact, they were calling me that very afternoon of the day that I first visited the dealership. I would recommend this dealership and these two men to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car. When I select a vehicle I like to look at several with different amenities. I have left several lots because of salesman's demanding questions, such as "I can't help you if you don't tell me what you want." I pulled onto the Airport Honda lot after a long work day and an hour at the gym. All I wanted to do was glance at a few cars, get some ideas and go home. After looking at three very different things Jeremy asked "Can you give me an idea of what you're looking for?" I thought "Here it comes." I am embarrassed to say I was very short with him as I said I was not sure what I was looking for. I would have to look around and see. His response, which won me over, "I understand. There's a lot to choose from. Let me know if there is something you want to look at and we'll open it up." I ended up buy a car that night. When I signed my paperwork the next morning I shared I prefer to have regular service done at the dealership. He had already made the sale but still took time to walk me back to the service department, introducing me to the staff I might be dealing with when I come in. If it is not obvious by now, I had a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealship and send my friends Jeremy's way any time. More

We got our Honda CR-V from Airport Honda, mainly because they have some discount right after a hail storm. The other Honda dealer in town would not lower the prices but repair the cars. Kevin Coffman is by far the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with, and at 65 years old, there have been many. He goes way beyond selling you a car in ways too numerous to list here. I was treated very well at this dealership- there was great customer service and I love my car I just bought! My only complaint is in time efficiency.
