Airport Honda

I have had 7 Honda's back to back. They are the only manufacturers I would even consider. March 19th 2011 I was in a terrible car wreck & everyone says it's a miracle that I am here. (All involved are OK one had a broke leg in the other vehicle), but I did not break one bone & both cars were totaled, but all airbags deployed saving my life. I was hit by a Rescue Squad vehicle very very Big Truck 1 ton ? "The Big Ones" they were traveling between 70-80mph. We Flipped several times landing on a hillside & rolled back down. It was a 2008 Honda Accord Sedan EX V-6. I failed to yield at a stop sign. My insurance paid my Honda Accord off & we were 6,000 to the good. I couldn't believe it. I was just hoping to get it paid off. I sent Floyd pics if anyone wants to go check them out & maybe purchase or test drive a honda, but be sure you ask for the "Best" smiley Floyd! Hey tell him Jill sent ya.. (and LOL I am not being paid to say any of this). I almost because of the price & specials being offered got a Camry til I noticed the 2 star rating on the passenger side. Plus I'm just a Honda woman & now Safety means everything to me. It wasn't worth the deal they were giving me @ the Toyota place.. besides, Floyd Glenn did an even better deal by doing me right on the Honda that I really wanted all along even with all the extra's. I got much more of a car. Anyways, out of all the places and I have bought Honda's the last 7 times. 1 or 2 did come from Airport Honda. I just knew from the start the salesman Floyd was going to do the best for me & he exceeded my expectations even going beyond what I was expecting. Seriously, "FLOYD GLENN" @ Airport Honda was the most polite, full of fun always smiling,& cutting up with us, yet very professional. He treated me, all of us there with the utmost respect of any salesman EVER "EVER". ("I really do mean that!! every word) He was so personable & extremely helpful taking his to make sure he went over everything with us. Bless his heart he even stayed way over closing & never once rushed us or made us feel hurried. Did I mention that he really did beat everyplace we went & got more of the car I thought I could get. The even safer 5 Star all around 2011 Accord EX. If you read this Floyd stay w/ Honda's I will always be a customer, and hope to send you some business. I am so happy with my new car all around the board, the price, the financing, the kindness, & coming down for a more affordable payment. He has become more like a trust-worthy friend instead of the typical car salesman. He has always worked with me within my budget and has given me amazing deals. He always knows me on a first name basis. He and his co-workers,like Mark Morgan,know how to treat people right. They are not pushy and there is no descrimination towards me for being a female consumer. Unlike a Nissan dealership on Clinton Highway,the honesty,respect and integrity they have always shown is what keeps me going back. I have finally learned to just go straight to Airport Honda and stop wasting my time shopping for a vehicle anywhere else. We were upfront with John about our budget and he never pushed us to go over that, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he was extremely friendly- really easy to talk to. We felt like we made a friend, not met a salesperson. It was the first time my husband or I have bought a used car in years, and we were very nervous going in about being hounded by super aggressive sales people- John was just the opposite. He listened to our needs, was helpful in finding a car, and then worked with us on the price. The whole experience was a lot less painful than we thought it would be! :) More

My experience at Airport Honda was wonderful. This was my first time buying a car, but Tom made me feel very comfortable. He was very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The folks we worked with in buying our first every owned Honda were exceptionally kind and really helped us in being confident in our purchase. We compared many vehicles and spoke with many sales associates, but the folks that work at Airport Honda really went out of their way to explain each detail of the vehicle and company. They where very patient with us and we appreciated it. We had our 2.5 year old son with us and never felt impatience from the associates. They where patient through all our questions and concerns, even when we asked the same question over and over again. On top of this all, they where very competitive in the price compared to other dealerships. Overall, I know after buying our Honda Pilot that we will be taken care of with this dealership and the company. Thank you. More

When we first walked into the dealership this afternoon we were greeted by a salesman, Michael Sellers. We went on a bit of a ride through some hilly country areas and really got to feel what the car could do. The best part about my experience at Airport Honda is that I never at any time felt like they were trying to take advantage of us or pressure us into buying. To me Mike felt like a really honest, genuine person who wasn't just trying to sell us a car, but help us find the right car for us at the right price. All of the questions we had were answered and the trade in value they gave us was more than fair. I think that we definitely got the best service, price and vehicle from Airport Honda. I would definitely bring my business to them again! More

We have been dealing with Airport Honda for a long time and have never had a reason to complain. Everyone from Reception to the Sales team to the Service Department are all great to work with. On our most recent visit to Airport we were introduced to Bobby for the first time, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He was not pushy, but made good suggestions when needed. He was also very informative about the products on the lot. He check with us after we bought the car to make sure everything was going well, and even after we came in for a service call, he checked in with us to make sure things were satisfactory. He is a great asset to Airport Honda and if we have car needs in the future we will definitely ask for him, and you should too. More
