I was looking at the Civics while having my Accord serviced. The service department is the best I have ever seen. I didn't think I could fit into a Civic since I am 6'2 and I made mention of that to serviced. The service department is the best I have ever seen. We went for a test drive and I was really impressed with the car, and after putting Floyd through four agonizing tooth pulling days, I bought it! There was absolutely no high pressure. And I liked that so much I kept going back. The end result was the purchase. Couldn't of, wouldn't of except for Floyd. They need to give this guy a raise. Great salesman. And a great guy to boot. I highly recommend this dealership. It's my second car from them and they have a family feel about them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

My vehichle listed cheaper in advertisement, when I went back to dealership after already purchasing it they would'nt do anything about it. Very disappointed in being taken advantage of. I had brought my van in to have the timing belt, spark plugs, and the oil changed. I also needed a panel on the side of the driver's side seat fixed. It was there that I met Scott. We had already spoken on the phone and he had called to let me know that he had a loaner car for me. He was very professional, courteous, and personable and called if there was ever a change in the cost of what he had estimated before. The loaner car was a Honda Accord and it drove like a dream. When I returned to pick up my van, I was greated by Scott hisnwith a, "Hi, Ms. Fuller." It was so nice to be treated like a person and not just a number or a make and model number. Scott was truly the best and I will be recommending to everyone I know to deal with him when they take their vehicles to Airport Honda. Bravo to Scott Moore! More

Jim did a great job getting my requirements for the car I was looking for. He helped me narrow down my selection by test driving various vehicles.
