Airport Marina Ford wrecked my car while they had possession for 2 minor service requests, the works lube & oil and transmission fluids change. Airport Marina Ford said they would fix car damage & said they would get me a free rental car while they repaired the aforementioned. Leonard, Airport Marina Ford service manager did not inform me that I would have to pay for the free rental car and be reimbursed later for it by the dealership. I turned in rental car on Monday, 10/11/21, & didn't get reimbursement check until Wednesday, 10/13/21. Enterprise Rental car informed me of the aforementioned process agreement with the dealership. What if I had not had the funds to cover the "free" rental cost until reimbursement? I got the rental car on 10/7/21, Thursday. Customers should not be surprised by surprise monetary costs in a supposed "Free" process nor the frustration associated with having to discuss the process with Enterprise or Airport Marina.
