Terrible, waited 45 minutes for them to bring my vehicle to the front when told it would be 10to 15 minutes. Had to find someone to find it or I would still be there. Had two recalls on my vehicle they only to the front when told it would be 10to 15 minutes. Had to find someone to find it or I would still be there. Had two recalls on my vehicle they only did one and said the other wouldn’t be ready till “later” and should’ve scheduled “later” to do both. Now I have to go back again . Poor customer service seemed like she was more worried about flirting with her coworker vs acknowledging the customer. Fiona Doran by far the worst experience at a dealership. Will never go back.
