I live in Temecula Calif and was in Westchester on business when my 2009 Mercury Mariner lost its power steering. With the help of AAA, I managed to get my vehicle to Airport Marina Ford and their service dept. Service advisor, Gene Rehnquist, could not of been more helpful and accommodating. My SUV had to remain in the shop for a day. It was repaired to my satisfaction and as promised; done so in an honest and straightforward manner. My sincere kudos to Gene and even Miguel, who drove me to and from a local car rental facility. Although I was from out of town and had never been to the dealership before, they treated me as if I was a customer of 20+ years.
