waited way to long for oil change the battery bracket had lost a bolt so i took one from another area and replaced the lost bolt.i showed this to Jarret, he said it was not important t the battery bracket had lost a bolt so i took one from another area and replaced the lost bolt.i showed this to Jarret, he said it was not important to replace it.they also did top off the fluids. Only issue was that over the phone a different service man said that since my car is under warranty the oil change fee is waived. When I arrived the next day I was told that this was false. Jarrett E man said that since my car is under warranty the oil change fee is waived. When I arrived the next day I was told that this was false. Jarrett Elder Sr was an excellent service man. He was accurate with this timing for both vehicles. I will visit again. More

Very unhappy with the service department I took my new car with a scratch on the bumper and a bug in the tail light and I very unhappy with the service given to me.
