Robert Kopp is great! Robert is my go to guy and always very friendly and helpful. Brought both my car and wifes car in yesterday and he took great care of both. One of the best experiences ever buying a car! I was in the market for a "new" auto. After much research I narrowed my selection to a particular model and after visiting a local dealership determi I was in the market for a "new" auto. After much research I narrowed my selection to a particular model and after visiting a local dealership determined I should shop a little more for my selection. I began the internet journey and after narrowing it down, eight dealerships had the vehicle I was interested in with the features and mileage I wanted. I corresponded with all via text, email and phone. Al Hendrickson was the ONLY one that actually lived up to what they advertised. Seven of the other dealers prices were $3,000 + more than what they advertised. One actually told me it was a mistake and they would honor the price, but when I asked for their "out the door" price it was still $3,000 more and the best they could do. Ad Hendrickson employees are honest, fair and professional. Special thanks to Shellie, Joseph and Chris. I will be back for future purchases. More
