Difficult I was completely unhappy with the way the car was presented and not being made aware of the missing items that should have been included. I would expect a little more professional concern. When I spend that kind of money, you would think the dealer would be more happy to make me happy. When it was all ready for me to leave they only had one key fob and said that is all there is. Instead of saying we would be happy to get you another one. The salesman told me the Auto manual was in the glove box, so when I got home with the vehicle I went to look for the manual and not there. More
