“Dedicated to quality”hardly. What does “quality” look like? Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/3 Horrible service. “Service Campaign” some weird phrase for recall on passenger airbag and seat sensor defect expired on 12/31/17. I took it in on 12/31/17, at 1:45pm. They were CLOSED. Always closing at 7pm, except that day. Toyota headquarters would NOT honor the recall and want almost $500 to fix a “non-safety” issue. Three requests to speak to Al Jr or Sr as the huge sign states- nothing but the run around. Still days into this attempt and still no returned call from “Jessica” his secretary. Second new Camry, this one is only five years old, first one lasted 14 years. It’s always the HUMAN errors that ruin the deals. ALWAYS. Never again Toyota. More

Worst Dealer Ever! I wish Google had a 0 star option because they don't deserve the 1star I had to give in order to write this review. This is the absolute worst place t I wish Google had a 0 star option because they don't deserve the 1star I had to give in order to write this review. This is the absolute worst place to buy a car. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and down right dispicable. On January 1st I purchased my Corolla. After taking home the "Certified" car that a "160 point inspection" performed on it, and also the salesman who's name is Luther Mckenzie ran a Carfax report and told me the car was never in any accidents. When I arrived home with the car I noticed the rear passenger door and front fender paint was hazy compared to the rest of the car. I called Luther and he told me to bring the car back in so his manager Bobby could look at it. While looking at the car Bobby the manager told me he didn't see anything wrong with the car and he then said he has 15 years of body collision work experience. He told me to come back so he can have someone buff the fender and door because it was just dirty. The morning before I went back to the dealership I stopped at a certified body shop. The owner of the shop noticed right away without me having to say anything that the passenger side door was sprayed along with the front fender. He even added that the front bumper was also sprayed. He proved to me that the car was sprayed by showing me the driver's door handle didn't have paint inside of it where the gasket is but the passenger side has paint all inside of it. Also The fender, door, and bumper had dirt inside of the paint and that's why it wasn't smooth to touch like the rest of the car. He then simply Google searched my VIN number and found my car was involved in a very bad collision. I was very angry at this point. I left there and went straight to the dealership where I met with Luther. I told him the back door and bumper cover was sprayed along with the fender being changed out completely. He then went to talk to Phil who is also a manager. I told them both I didn't want the car because of the situation. Phil said he would put me into another car and cancel the contract. He showed me one that was similar to the one have and I said okay to it. Next we went to the finance manager who's name is Joe. He made my experience even more worse by telling me I needed to put $3000 down for the other car. Reason being was every Thursday cars depreciate. I was beyond livid. I told him noway was that going to work for me. He said once I signed the contract to the car I'm stuck with it because there is no "Cooling Off Period" and basically told me there is nothing I can do. He even had the nerve to tell me to pay on the car for two years then he'll put me in a new car. At that point I wanted to speak to Al Hendrickson Sr... Joe said no CEO, President, Vice President, or anyone else can do anything about it. It's sad because they have a sign that says "IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU" inside the dealership. It obviously isn't. More

Disappointed with car service department I took my Rav 4 in for service on my rear camera because the camera was out of alignment. The service department said they were not able to fix it. My car is still under warranty. I’ve purchased 4 cars with Al Hendricks and I am very disappointed that they sent me away without telling me that they will replace the camera. I feel that they should replace the camera in my car. More
