BUYERS BEWARE OF HENDRICKSON BEWARE of Hendrickson Toyota I should Sarasota BEWARE of IRA at Hendrickson Toyota. I leased my Toyota's from Hollywood of Toyota without incide BEWARE of Hendrickson Toyota I should Sarasota BEWARE of IRA at Hendrickson Toyota. I leased my Toyota's from Hollywood of Toyota without incident. TOYOTA of Hollywood would call me in the last 90 day's of my lease. They would pick up the remaining payments and I would drive off with a new leased Toyota. I MOVED CLOSER TO HENDRICKSON IS WHY I WENT THERE. I ACTUALLY JUST WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HAD A CAR PUSHED ON ME. THE CASE WITH HENDRICKSON. I WAS TOLD BY IRA IT WOULD BE THE SAME AS TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD. I WAS PROMISED ANY REMAINING PAYMENTS WOULD BE PICKED UP BY IRA AND CHUCK IN FINANCE. WHEN, I WENT BACK AFTER RECEIVING A BILL FROM TOYOTA FINANCE CHUCK at Hendrickson called Toyota FINANCE and said a check had been mailed. I am having a copy of the notes sent to me. Now IRA has amnesia about the remaining payments. He didn't write it down. So the moral of the story folks is to take the time to read the fine print. Do not trust them at their word. I hate to post a bad review about Hendrickson as I feel this is the work of a FEW unscrupulous individuals working for them. They also didn't turn in my key fob and I am being billed $156 for that 5 phone calls two personal visits and not even the key fob issue is taken care of, even though after each call and VISIT am assured it will be taken care of. SO, I will eat the remaining payments . It's more an issue of principle with me now. I have free prepaid legal insurance through my company. I will send my contract in to them they will write a letter asking for reasonable and customary of lease returns FROM HENDRICKSON Toyota. I will be writing a letter to Mr. HENDRICKSON. I WILL POST THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN TO TRY AND SAVE OTHERS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALESPEOPLE.MAYBE I JUST GOT THE ROTTEN APPLE. EITHER WAY, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING FOR A CAR AT HENDRICKSON TOYOTA. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More

To be very honest the sales people did very little expect show me the vehicle which I already knew I wanted based on the internet price. She solidified the deal and even followed up. AMAZING. A true asset. If I was in the car business, I’d steal her from Al Hendricks. Putting a one star under quality because the truck was filthy after the “cleaned” it. Left trash inside of the bed and didn’t vacuum. Very poor job prepping the truck. More
