When they were finished and brought the car back about 45 minutes later, they said they forgot to wash and detail or vacuum. If I wanted to wait another hour they would do it. NOT RIGHT! More

Scheduled maintenance I called service to confirm appointment made online the day before. That appointment was not on books but they fit me in at the appointed time anyway. When I arrived they speedily took my info and took car in immediately. Jarrett Elder is attentive , professional and gives a realistic time it should be finished.. and I got back in the car 1/2 hour earlier than he prepared me for.
