Further if I didn’t like it (their deceptive practices) i was free to leave. This was a guy identifying himself as “Marcus” the sales director. Buying my daughter her first car became the worst car buying experience in 25 years. There more integrity in a dark back alley than in this place. Buyers check the contract for changing numbers and changing fees. this was like being in a 1970’s used car lot. It should be called “Big Al’s” More

Fastest oil change! I went in on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. Robert assisted me and said he would try to get me out within an hour. I thought that was great.
