Don’t expect anything much as far as discounts. Recently had service with a 7 am appointment to avoid the crowd and left with the car in worse condition than when I arrived. I called, explained the problem, and informed the same rep that I was returning. After waiting another hour, the service manager spoke to me stating he didn’t see a problem. However, when I explained it to him, it turns out the sales rep wrote up the report incorrectly which he denied to the manager. The manager was able to take care of the problem. However, I wasn’t even offered a small discount on the hundreds of dollars spent or a discounted/free oil change for the inconvenience. Check your car thoroughly before leaving. More
