I bought a used car here and was pleasantly surprised. From the reviews online, I was nervous that it would be a bad experience, but that was not true. Nicholi was my salesperson and was stellar throughout. I made an appointment online, he followed up, and confirmed the car would be waiting. They sent me the CarFax on the vehicle beforehand as soon as I requested it. When I arrived, Nicholi greeted me and we immediately test drove the car. He encouraged me to look through everything on the vehicle to be sure it was to my liking. We went inside and discussed pricing, they of course tried to stick me with the xx fees that all dealerships do. (Beware of the “AHT advantage” fee, it’s xx, do not let them make you pay for that). I told Nicholi about how similar cars were priced and what I would be comfortable paying, we negotiated a bit, and settled on a price agreeable to us both. I signed all the forms and left in my new car. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that when I asked them to freshen the interior of the car, they filled it with 30+ scented “wonder wafers” air fresheners that were strongly overpowering and gave me an allergic reaction. I had to remove them all from the car and the overpowering scent went away after a day or two. Other than that, I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Al Hendrickson Toyota. More
