Had a good overall experience. Selection was a bit limited and I was perturbed that Toyota no longer allows the sale of leased cars to CarMax as it cost me $$$. But, the dealer t Selection was a bit limited and I was perturbed that Toyota no longer allows the sale of leased cars to CarMax as it cost me $$$. But, the dealer took my lease and I got what I think was a good/fair deal on my new Highlander. Due to various factors on my end, it was a 2 day process so Rashad Barrow took over on day 2 and was very friendly and helpful. Winston Webb in finance was also super efficient, explained things clearly and was very professional. More
