Honestly my salesman Michael & The lady & gentleman that assisted me with transferring my insurance to my new vehicle were outstanding!! Great customer service, but as far as the managers, they were TERRIBL assisted me with transferring my insurance to my new vehicle were outstanding!! The guy in the finance department was rude to my parents & to top it off, I did not get a full tank of gas after my purchase of the vehicle! Wow! This was my first & last time at this location & no I will not refer anyone I know to this establishment. More

The automobile listing said car was certified with extended warranty. Came time to complete deal ( after i was bought in ) was told it wasn't certified and no extended warranty.
