I wish I read the reviews before making the drive and spending the time. Wife and I found a vehicle that seemed like a good deal. He also stated that they take good care of their vehicles... Here's the biggest issue. Not only are they going to hit you with the "Al Hendrickson Advantage" (increasing the out the door price by about $3,000), they're also going to include the typical fees you probably already anticipated, except they'll ask for a little more that what you're used to at other dealers. It amounted to about another $3,000. In total we were looking at about $6,000 added to the listing price. There was basically no negotiating, we were referred directly to a manager, which gave us these numbers, and then they tried to push us off to what the referred to as the "right vehicle," as we were walking out. We weren't treated like valued customers getting the vehicle we wanted. It was more like they wanted us to buy the vehicle they wanted us to buy. You can't trust their deceptive pricing. They have one price online but when you get there it will be bumped up be the amount they really want for the vehicle. In our case the vehicle was advertised for $15,700. In reality they are looking for around $18,700 before the normal title, doc, transfer, and taxes. After adding everything they were asking for close to $22K out the door and they aren't going to budge on removing much of the "Al Hendrickson Disadvantage" We need a law that bans dealers from adding made up fees to inflate the price. At this point I would recommend anyone waste their time with this dealership. More

Nicholas the BDC sales guy was good, Chener was not good, was not quick, and didn’t give a xxxx about the deal as it wasn’t his to start with.
