I was pleased by the selection of cars that they had. The car that I wanted got sold and the next day I found another, same model trim, interior and similar mileage. The salesman David was great. Ricardo from sales was great. However, I felt I did not get the value I expected from the financing department on my trade-in. The trade in value was 17,000 pay off was 10,000. So However, I felt I did not get the value I expected from the financing department on my trade-in. The trade in value was 17,000 pay off was 10,000. So, 7000 dollars went towards the lease of the car and my monthly payments still did not include the full maintenance plan. I should have not paid more than 2000-3000 dollars towards a lease. Even 5000 max. I should gave received at least 2000 dollars back to me. More
