My experience at the Al Hendrickson Toyota service department was HORRIBLE. They took advantage of me because they saw an unsuspecting woman and knew that I would be willing to get my A/C repaired on department was HORRIBLE. They took advantage of me because they saw an unsuspecting woman and knew that I would be willing to get my A/C repaired on a 2023 Toyota Camry that is still under warranty. Luckily, before I paid them almost $1700, I was informed by a certified mechanic that they were scamming me. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. More

After getting the car, I found out that the car etching wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few d wasn’t done. This was supposed to be part of the package I bought. When I brought that to sales agent’s attention, he told me to come back in a few days. So I went again a couple of days later after making an appointment with the same sales agent. This time I waited for hour and half and then was told that the person doing the etching had gone for the day. They told me to come back sometime the following week and if possible during the weekday because they are less busy during weekdays. They also did not give me the welcome kit that was part of the package they sold me. I had to ask for it in my next visit. It seems like this dealership is only interested in selling the car. After selling the car, they don’t care about making sure their customer gets what they sold him. Neither do they care about making their customer come back and wait for long time while they are selling more cars to other customers. More

This is my 3rd car from here, there are alot of thing’s different now, and less offers. However Dexter is still the best and takes his time to find what works for me. I don’t feel like just another sale wh different now, and less offers. However Dexter is still the best and takes his time to find what works for me.
