Way too many fees, advertise a low price but with all the dealer fees, it is very expensive. The manager that spoke with was loud and aggressive and charging 7% tax. We walked out. Bought a new Tacoma at ano dealer fees, it is very expensive. The manager that spoke with was loud and aggressive and charging 7% tax. We walked out. Bought a new Tacoma at another dealership, easy and without all her drama. Then she has the audacity to call my cell the next day, she didn’t like what I had to say, and she hung up on me. Tiana was kind. It is a shame that Fred lost the sale. All because of her behavior. More

I made an appointment as I drive from Pembroke Pines and take care of my grandson with autism. I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was still out front waiting.
