My one disappointment is that it took 5 hrs on a Saturday to service my vehicle. This should not happen I had a scheduled appointment and I should have been advised that it was going to be long I would have to service my vehicle. Great dealership to work with. They were able to get me a new Highlander when other dealerships just wanted to find me a new highlander that was on the lot somewhere else.
