Additionally, the doors to my preferred waiting area was locked, when I told a manager and another staff member I was brushed off. The other waiting area was filled with sick people in a windowless room, not ideal for waiting 5 hours for service. More

I like that there is a link where one can check the progress of their work. For the first hour waiting it kept telling me it was wait for a technician to get started.
