Always had good experience with Al H. But my recent service was not complete. I had a tire pressure light go on and asked to check for a leak. Result was no leak. Two days later same issue. I couldn’t service was not complete. I had a tire pressure light go on and asked to check for a leak. Result was no leak. Two days later same issue. I couldn’t get in to have it checked until the 3rd time coming back in. Hours later there was a nail in tire. Took 2 hours and multiple times coming to service center before it was fixed when it should have been resolved the first time. Chris L was excellent at his service, but when I showed up on his day off I was treated like I was a nuisance. Very little effort in being helpful by any of them! More
