This is the only dealership that is not gouging people with an artificial mark-up ABOVE standard MSRP prices. I worked with a few people from the sales team (all were very nice), Leo was my sales guy and was patient as he was wise. I initially rejected colors other than my preferred Black or Silver, but Leo challenged me on that and said "are you sure you don't like the other colors?" He took me to the lot and walked around until we found vehicles with the colors I had rejected- he was right! While everyone was scrambling to find when the next "black" vehicle was arriving, Leo had already sold me on the vehicles that were already there or arriving the next day. Kudos to Piero by the way for taking the extra time to find me the Highlander I REALLY wanted which was Hybrid. I felt both Piero and Leo were working together to get me the vehicle I wanted as quickly as possible. As I type this, I still have not received my vehicle since it arrives this weekend, but I'm still happy all the same since I know that no matter what, the people at Al Hendrickson have got my back. I am literally driving 100 miles round-trip to buy from Al Hendrickson Toyota despite having another Toyota dealership in my own backyard. More
