To follow up with the review, they installed a defective filter which caused all the oil to leak out of the car. I was driving close to 2 weeks while oil leaked out of the car. It stop with me on the highway. When I called toyota, they got the nerve to tell me they’re not responsible for towing. To be honest, it’s the second time and I am done with Al Hendrickson. It could have cost me my life. Still waiting on supervisor to call me back from Sunday the 6of February and it’s now the 14th.
