I bought a cpo Corolla hatchback 2021 from here. The car had a problem immediately after receiving it from the dealership. I brought it back right away for it to be fixed. It took them a week to look at it and they told me it was just the transmission fluids. That did not fix the problem but they pretended that it did. I attempted to call the used-car manager for two weeks straight during and after my car was in the shop and he refused to pick up my call or to call me back. I could not come in-person because I am from out of town. After retrieving my car, I had to bring it to Toyota of autonation in winter park where my vehicle is now being serviced. They seem to be helping me much better so far. A few notable employees helped me in this process such as Luis, Chris, and Luther. More

I had issues with my abs system/brake booster on my Prius that are covered under an extended warranty. I was already aware of this when I brought the car in and told service when I dropped of the car. I was that are covered under an extended warranty. I was immediately told that since there are no brake lights it would not be covered but they would still look at it for me. After the inspection I was told it was NOT the abs system but in fact brakes that were installed incorrectly and there was nothing that could be done. I was sent on my way. I went to AutoNation Toyota in Weston to get a second opinion and after inspecting the vehicle they told me about the same ABS/brake booster problem I was already aware of. They told me it was covered under the warranty and they ordered the parts right away to fix it. No problems. More
