It took 30 minutes for me to check my vehicle in. Most of the time was spent standing in line. When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I stood in line for the cashier that was out of her seat with a Most of the time was spent standing in line. When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I stood in line for the cashier that was out of her seat with a “I’ll return in five minutes” sign. 10 minutes later, the cashier reappeared. The entire 10 minutes another woman sat in the cashier box and did not say a word, despite seeing a growing line of people forming. No one pulled my car up for me after paying for the repairs. I had to find the car myself in the parking lot and when I got to my vehicle, I had to pull off the plastic seat cover and paper liner from my floorboard. I purchased a $300 tire and did not even so much as receive a complimentary car wash or any other benefit. In today’s economic environment and a plethora of options around this area, I will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. The customer service was really lacking! I used you for years, but will not continue in the future if this is, how is your service department will continue to treat loyal customers. Dissatisfied and disappointed! More

I have never owned a Toyota before and am very pleased with the quality of the vehicle. That's the only positive thing I have to say.
