I keep getting these review surveys with no feedback from the sender. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change & after asking several times my car had still not moved in 90 minutes. They knew I would be wa the sender. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change & after asking several times my car had still not moved in 90 minutes. They knew I would be waiting for the car. After approx. 100+ minutes I left. After I was driving by the Toyota dealer on Federal 1 near 10th. I went in to see if they could do an oil change. Within 65 minutes I left with a complete oil change & complementary inspection. I have written this story several times with 0 response from you. Again very poor on your part. Two comments. One - For some reason the service is getting slower. It took more than 3 hours for basic maintenance.
