The service was prompt and efficient. Mr Mcwood Cadet began the service call with a warm hospitality. Then He questioned me about the car operation. He ordered a mechanical inspection of Mr Mcwood Cadet began the service call with a warm hospitality. Then He questioned me about the car operation. He ordered a mechanical inspection of the vehicle added to the recommended service. We both read the inspection outcome. In less than 45 minutes the vehicle was ready to go. Generally they do a good job. I took my car in on a staurday morning for the 25,000 service "toping off the fluids and roating the tires". I waited at the shop as I couldn't imagi I took my car in on a staurday morning for the 25,000 service "toping off the fluids and roating the tires". I waited at the shop as I couldn't imagine this taking so long.Three hours later the rservice rep tells me that the AC filter and cabin filter need to be changed to the tune of about $250. I didn't mind that, but when I retuned to the service rep 40 minutes later, I was told that it would be another 30 minutes before the car was finished. My appointemt was at 9:00 AM and it was now 12:40. I had another appointment which I would miss if I had to wait another 30 minutes. I told the service rep to put the old filters back in as their replacement would have to wait for another time. More
